Measure the circumference of your head, approximately 1 cm above the ears. this is the widest part of your head.

Removable lining & Ear Pads

The inner fleece Lining and ear pads are removable. Removable Lining can be washed, which is nice after a bomber day on the mountain. Ear pads are removable and you can wear the helmet with them in cold weather.
